My Story

Hi Y’all! My name is Peppa and I am a beautiful black 1-2yr female German Shepherd. I am located near Greeneville, Tennessee and am available for transport.
Here are some fun facts about me & my ideal home!
1. I have lived my entire life on a chain but now am in a nice foster home. I don’t know why I was chained up but let me tell you, freedom to move as I please is amazing!
2. I’m a complete sweetheart, very friendly, loving, and affectionate! I have a velcro-type personality, I bond quickly to my person.
3. I will do well with a large male dog in my adoptive home. No females, cats, or small dogs please.
4. I’m a smart girl & very obedient. I know how to sit, ride well in a car, go into my kennel, I’m house & crate trained, and I’m eager to please. Will you paw-promise to train me & teach me all sorts of things?
5. Some of my favorite activities include being a couch-princess, playing ball outside, getting my tummy rubbed, playing follow the leader with my foster mom, and getting all the lovins.
6. Do you like hiking, running, or other outdoorsy activities? I’d love to be your adventure partner!
7. I really hope you have a fenced in backyard that I can run and play in. Also, I would love to go on car rides to get pup-cups, go on adventures, and live my best life with YOU!

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
-Not able to adopt? Consider FOSTERING one of our wonderful dogs!
