Annie was rescued by an organization in Kuwait right right after the poisoning campaign at the end of 2022. She lost her sisters and all of her sisters puppies (except Ami who survived by hiding).
When they arrived it was a horrific scene with the roads and underneath cars all covered with the bodies of the poisoned dogs. Annie was heavily pregnant then and even though she used to be a hesitant dog she cane running straight to her rescuers
They took Annie and Ami along with other orphan survivors straight to hospital and got everyone checked out. Annie gave birth to 5 babies at the kennel and it was a miracle she and her babies survived,
Annie was spayed and we thought all the worst was behind her, sadly shortly after her spay she began bleeding out form her uterus, this escalated from a few drops to full bleeding from the Uterus and after many failed clinic diagnosis we took her to the larger hospital and she was diagnosed with a tumor and underwent surgery to remove it. The surgery was a great success and Annie is now doing great. As a precaution, it is recommended that she undergo radiation. (This cost is completely covered for any family that will help foster or adopt her)
Annie is in need of a foster and available through our delayed adoption program.
