Meet Matthew – Your New Furry Friend!
Matthew came to us from a challenging hoarding situation. Rescued from the River Rouge Animal Shelter, he’s now looking for a loving forever home where he can finally relax and enjoy the good life.
About Matthew:
Age: 4-5 years (DOB: 5.16.2019)
Breed: Medium-long haired tuxedo
Personality: Sassy, sweet, and loves to sleep
Special Traits: Enjoys being brushed and is quite the talker with a wide range of vocalizations
Health: Tested negative for FELV/FIV, fully vetted, neutered, and microchipped. Will be fully vaccinated before adoption.
Background:
Matthew was one of many cats living in a rental house where the tenant moved out, leaving him behind. Thankfully, a kind-hearted owner reached out to the River Rouge Animal Shelter, and Matthew was rescued. He’s lived with lots of cats of all ages and was super friendly to everyone who gave him attention.
